​From Allentown proceed North on Route 309 towards Schnecksville, at traffic light turn right onto Levans Road (CVS Pharmacy on corner) then, left onto Independence Drive. The office is the second building, on the left, after the stop sign.

We do offer 8:00 am or Saturday appointments upon request. Please let us know the best day or time for your convenience.

Appointments are required should you need to see the doctor or the opticians. We do close the office for lunch daily 12:30 to 1:30 pm
